Allison Menke, CPA, QPFC

Allison is a financial advisor with the Tooley Ruhe Menke Group and serves as the Associate Branch Manager of Baird's Jasper, Indiana branch. Having joined the team in July 2022, Allison has brought a unique combination of financial, accounting, leadership, and business experience to help clients navigate complex financial decisions and develop customized wealth management strategies.

Allison is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative and holds the Series 7, Series 24, and Series 66 licenses. She is also a licensed life and health insurance agent, maintains her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, and is a Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC). In addition to serviing individuals and families, Allison works closely with business owners to design, implement, and oversee qualified retirement plans tailored to their organizations' needs.

Prior to joining Baird, Allison spent 13 years as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller for a privately held company. She also has eight years of public accounting experience, serving clients across a variety of industries including banking, manufacturing, nonprofit organizations, and employee benefit plans. During that time, she provided consulting services and performed audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Allison graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business with bachelor degrees in Accounting and International Studies.

Committed to the Community

Allison and her husband, Jon, are members of Salem Church in Huntingburg. She is passionate about giving back to her community and is actively involved with the Dubois County Community Foundation, Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana, Dubois County Young Life, and Holland Kiwanis.

She resides in Holland, Indiana with her husband and their three children Max, Mya and Cooper. Outside of work, Allison enjoys supporting her children's activities, staying active, reading, traveling, and volunteering throughout the community.
